behold, the city of Urville

Interesting story I discovered via Hemaworstje. An autistic man that has been planning, designing, and documenting the city of Urville since 1984. Only thing is...the city doesn't exist. He created it in his mind. This is pretty interesting stuff even without the implications of the autism.

It made me think of Henry Darger. Which made me think of this great movie, In the Realms of the Unreal. The human brain is a wondrous and terrifying place.

That's awesome. On both stories.
Though, I hesitate to call what Darger did "Art".
I can trace people and make a background, too, doesn't make it "art".
