Trailer madness!

Synergy is a wonderful thing. Yesterday I found an amazing movie trailer that was just begging for the Braindead Shithead treatment. Lo and behold, today Madame emails me about another great video featuring film clips! What a blessed day this is.

The first video is a cover of "People are People" by RuPaul. It features clips from the upcoming movie, Zombie Prom. Looks like a winner.

Next, comes a blast from the past. Rudy Ray Moore is...the human tornado! See the trailer for his film, Disco Godfather. I would get this one quick, as I'm already on YouTube's shitlist.

I have to say though, this little clip taught me something.
You'll notice during "The Human Tornado" that it credits him.
"Rudy Ray Moore as Dolemite".
A while back I was wondering what "dolomite" was, since I'd seen a reference to it, but also remembered Aries Spear on MadTV doing some bit as a horrible '70s guy named "Dolemite".
You totally just solved a question that's bothered me for years.

You're welcome. There are about a dozen Dolemite clips on YouTube, but I didn't see Disco Godfather, so I posted this one.

Isn't the Zombie Prom thing just a rip off of sorts of "My boyfriends back." Cheesy movie about dead boy who wants to take girl to prom.

I actually saw "My Boyfriend's Back" in the theatre.
My dad walked out, but what can I say, I was 13.
The videography reminds me of another RuPaul movie, "But I'm a Cheerleader!"
A superior effort, that.
