So, I was looking around for Carpenter's videos (to torment a friend with, trust me, not for any actual enjoyment), and found this.

I must admit to carrying a little torch for Karen Carpenter. I always thought her voice was so smooth and beautiful. The way she was treated by the tabloids (surrounding her eating disorder) was bordering on the criminal.

Of course, if I listen to more than 2 consecutive Carpenters songs, I slip into a temporary coma.
