Sometimes the dead walk, and sometimes they don't
One story, though, that I had to make sure everyone knew about...
A SOCCER fan who was clinically dead after striking his head during World Cup celebrations has walked out of hospital.
Two police officers will be recommended for lifesaving awards after South Korean Joon Seong Park, 25, was released from Royal Prince Alfred Hospital at 5pm on Thursday.
He was injured while cheering his country's victory over Togo on June 14. He was jumping around in excitement outside a city hotel when he struck his head on a concrete pylon.
Mr Park was taken to hospital where he was in a coma on life support.
But he was able to discharge himself from hospital, although his health would require monitoring. He will return home next week.
Maybe that's how The Hoff hurt his arm? He was celebrating a World Cup victory by Germany (is Germany still alive in the WC?) and slashed his arm on a chandelier.
God, I hate soccer.
