Free Running

Heard of "free running" yet? Well, watch this video to see what it is. There seems to be a freakishly unnatural amount of athletic ability required to even attempt free running; and to the parental eye the sport looks terrifying.

I IMPLORE YOU, DO NOT DO THIS, KIDS, YOU ARE NOT INDESTRUCTIBLE.

This guy doesn't really get going until about two minutes in, but watch the beginning anyway to build up to it. Spiderman has nothing on him. Incredible:

Apparently, the dude who perfected "free running" (can't remember his name) is featured in the upcoming Bond film. Shit, I'm stoked for the new Bond!

I've seen this-I was totally in awe the whole time. Thinking something along the lines of "Wow, I would have made it like three steps, stopped to catch my breath, and lit a cigarette."
