Mmm, Mmm, Good... And bloody!

Brains! That's what tops off the perfect dinner. It's just too hard to find good recipes for brains though. I blame Jerry Falwell and his damn Moral Majority. Well, here's Omni Brain's delightful Panna Cotta (brain style) with Pomegranate Sauce recipe. So delicious your guests will never know you're serving faux brains!

tastes like chicken!

I actually ate a sheep brain sandwich back in college. Tasted waxy and strange.
